Joe Chang all lights/emwaves we talk about are within matters. there is no light in vacuum. passes a green laser beam through a vacuum glass bottle, the beam will disappear inside of the bottle. the electrons on the bottle where laser beam in and out are connected by a tension f=Ke x q1q2/rr. light energy transfer instantly between those two points.
